When searching for a company to ship my vehicle cross country, Auto Transporters was one of the first I came across. Seeing as how I had never undergone this process, I wanted to speak to someone, rather than just get a quote online. So, I called the number provided on the website and had the pleasure speaking with Kelly. He was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions, even the silly ones. Although I wanted to go ahead and schedule a pickup from him right then and there, I still wanted to shop around.

Big mistake. I contacted three other companies and was completely turned off by their lack of customer service and curt replies. Within 20 minutes I had called Auto Transporters back to schedule a pick up date. When inquiring about how early I could schedule a pickup, Kelly offered a date two days out! However, I wasn't in need of having my car shipped for two weeks and scheduled a date for then. I was informed that the driver may contact me 24 hours on either side of my pickup date and advised me to be ready a day ahead of time.

Sure enough, I received a phone call late on Thursday night from Dexter, the driver, saying that he was going to pick my vehicle up the following day. I explain that this was a day earlier than what I had intended and inquired how long it was going to take him to get to CA. I informed Dexter that I wasn't going to get into CA till late Wednesday evening, and he told me not to stress, that he'd most likely have my car there by Thursday.

So, Friday I received a call from Dexter asking to meet at a location near my original pickup address, because the truck was too big to get into the address I had provided. I met him there and within 10 minutes I had signed the document and off my car went.

Wednesday I received a courtesy call from Auto Transporters reminding me to have a cashiers check for the remaining balance, which I thought was nice. With the stress of moving, I had completely forgot to do that, so good looking out Auto Transporters!

I arrived in CA on Wednesday night and by Thursday early afternoon I had received a phone call from Dexter saying my car was outside my new apartment complex. Although my car was really dirty, I couldn't believe how fast Auto Transporters shipped it cross country! Even my cousin was surprised because it had taken her car two weeks to be delivered when she shipped her car years before...she however, did not use Auto Transporters.

I 100% would use Auto Transporters again and will recommend this wonderful company to anyone in need of a car shipping service in the future.
