I work in a customer service / sales business myself, and as a purchasing manager have a real good feel for who's doing business the right way. I contacted a few companies, and received lower quotes from from a few others, but after reading a # of reviews, along with phone conversations with other transport companies, I just felt comfortable entrusting my vehicle to Door to Door.

They were professional and courteous from "cradle to grave", and since this was the first time I had used such a service, I needed that peace of mind. The communication throughout the process was prompt and businesslike. The driver who picked up was also prompt and professional, with a clean and well maintained transport vehicle. Once again, that's important to me, as the way I see it, if the driver doesn't take care of his own vehicle, what's he going to do with mine? As it turns out, the vehicle for my college student in ND arrived in the exact same shape it left CA in, as expected.

The process was remarkably simple, there were absolutely no surprises, and I would have zero qualmes recommending Door to Door to any others. Honesty and integrity are still worth a small premium in this day and age. As a purchasing manager, I know as well as anyone, you get what you pay for. The value proposition for Door to Door was spot on for me.
