Car was not picked up directly from my residential address. The trucker looked at near by malls, Home Depots and restaurants. A restaurant was choosen which was only 1.5 miles away from my home. I had to get my wife to follow to bring me home after I met the trucker with my car. The transfer was quick with no problems. I would use this delivery service again.
