I wanted to drop you a line and say Thank You for your help. This experience could not have gone any smoother. I was totally worried about it because of the horror stories I have read and been told. This was not the case. You were very professional, told me what to expect and that is exactly what I got. Rob too was very professional, told us what was going to happen and that was exactly what happened. All in all a very good experience! Thank You!
