There was a delay in delivery, but it was an unforeseen and unavoidable delay. The owner and the driver of the truck were very helpful, polite and went overboard to get the vehicle to our destination. We feel they did a great job, had good equipment and were very above board. We have shipped vehicles before and the drivers and equipment weren't nearly as reliable as this company. We are very satisfied. We would recommend them and will use them in the future if we need a vehicle shipped. Our Jeep arrived in good condition, the same as when they loaded it.
