Door to Door Transport really came through for me. I was having a terrible time deciding which company to use to begin with. I had received quotes from 480-1000. I had a difficult transport coming out of Brooklyn NY with the bad roads, bridges and tolls and being delivered to a small town in West Virginia which is always hard because of the winding roads and mountains. I chose one company and then changed to Door to Door Transport. The first company had to take me off the board so Door to Door could put me on. The first company had about 5 days to try to find a driver for me and it was not working out. When I signed up with Door to Door Transport he said it would take 1-3 days. When 3 days came and he hadn't gotten me a driver yet he put my full payment up on the board for the driver and so he was actually making nothing for brokering a driver for my vehicle. He had told me he would rather transport my vehicle for free than tell me it would cost me more. Roy was a man of his word and took care of my like I don't believe any other company would have. I am very happy to finally have my vehicle here that I bought on Ebay and I was able to give my mother back her car.
