I had the pleasure of dealing with Loretta from Door to Door, she made the process extremely painless and dealt with my many questions with true professional patience. I am in the military and had some issues with the driver not wanting to pick up the vehicle on post due to his time constraints but he helped resolve the matter by personally assisting the person with whom I had left the vehicle. Problems arise but it seems they are easily handled when dealing with the efficient team from Door to Door!
