From the day I booked them they keep in touch with the information about the pick up and delivery day and time. I shipped my 2014 Nissan versa from Orlando, FL to Allentown, PA the pick up was a Monday and the delivery was a Wednesday within the same week. The car was in great condition and the driver contacted me to make sure the address was correct and gave me the expected arrival time. With my experience with Door To Door Transport I would highly recommend them to anyone shipping a vehicle.
