My experience with Door to Door Transport was great from start to finish! was promptly contacted when I submitted requests for bid, Mikela understood I was busy at the moment with work, as I voiced I was getting suddenly bombarded with calls and texts from various companies and I was swamped at work- not knowing that was going to happen or I would have waited until after 5. I told Mikela the situation and she empathized and asked me to contact her at my convenience. I did the next day- and am so glad I did. I got a great price, great service, follow ups etc... to ensure I understood everything and it all went flawlessly. The driver of the truck- owner operator at cannonball express- Bruce- top notch too! Very polite, professional and a day early to my pleasure on the arrival of my new Mercedes! I received a personal follow up phone call from Mikela after delivery to see how my experience was and get feedback, and to personally thank me again. Thanks for the great service! Definitely recommend and will use again! Sarah
