Without ever using a transport company before and being inundated with unknown transport solicitations, I chose Door to Door after talking to Roy as I felt this family owned business was trustworthy. I was right. He talked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions (several e-mails worth), and made sure to schedule the transport when I was in Las Vegas (two days only). The pick up was actually a day earlier than what I expected which turned out great so that I wasn't rushed on my final day out of town. Also, the driver knowing that I had a morning meeting to close on a house, scheduled me as the last pick up that day and waited until I was done with my meeting. The driver also was pleasant to work with on the delivery back in Illinois and delivered the car right to my house. I would recommend Door to Door and would use them again if I ever needed another car transport.
