Ive used door to door transportation a number of times. This time was regarding a vehicle that belonged to a friend of the family. They worked with me on the pick up (made 2 attempts) and just made everything very smooth. Loretta is great and only a phone call away for all questions. This was my third car I've shipped with her. I work in the car business and its very nice to make a call on my cell phone, have an answer, and someone making sue everything is getting done correctly on the other side. Thank you again!
