As many others who have transported a car, I was very "anxious" turning over my vehicle to a carrier whom I had never dealt with in the past. I read the reviews and, like most of you, focused too much of the few negative comments vs. the hundreds of positive comments. I needed my car picked up and delivered quickly. Roy called within minutes of my submission for a quote. He always answered the phone as we conducted business and worked hard to get the car delivered to my son (who is serving in the military). He arranged the pickup with the driver in a couple days. Mario showed up in a very nice tractor trailer pulling an open double deck car trailer (not a dually with a 3 car trailer). He was on time, professional, had all his paperwork in order, loaded the car, and made us comfortable with the experience. My son received the car in less than two days (27 hours of drive time)!!!!! This was not a classic car, but a Honda Civic that was needed quickly. Roy worked with me and got the car delivered as quickly as possible at the lowest cost (I checked with multiple carriers). I would use Door-To-Door again based on their professional approach, quality service, and price. Thanks for a GREAT JOB Roy and team.
