I needed to have a car shipped from MA to FL. Went online and got multiple quotes from various companies/sites between brokers and carriers. Door-to-Door Transport was one of them. They sent me a couple of emails with their quotes and selling points. They had the (best) price that fit my budget and I exchanged emails with Mikela. After I found out when I would have the car shipped, I decided to give Mikela a call. She answered the phone with a smile, I could see it! She told me what they do, what they would do and what should happen. Sure enough, everything was the way she said it would be. The driver that delivered my car was very nice, calm, professional and seemed happy to be there, maybe because he was in Florida! I was and am really happy I chose Door-to-Door for my car transporting need. Price, timing, service, communication were great. I'm really happy to share with you the great experience I had.
