EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! Initially went with Andrew Auto Transport, where they guaranteed they would pick up my vehicle on the date specified. Called exactly a week bf vehicle needed to be shipped out. Completely screwed me over not to mention I was scheduled to fly out the day my car was to be picked up. With only 5 hours remaining bf I fly out, I checked my email and had received a quote from Roy with Door-To-Door. I immediately called and told Roy my situation. He asked that I give him 30min-1hr. Within 30 min, not only did Roy call me back, but had found a driver to pick up my vehicle bf my flight!!!!!!! And waived the deposit fee as Roy felt completely bad with what I had went thru with Andrew Auto. Roy really helped me out and saved me quite a bit of money on unnecessary expenses I would have to pay had car not shipped. I will DEFINITELY be using Door-To-Door again!!!!!!
