These guys were fantastic from start to finish. This was my first time shipping a vehicle and after reading reviews and trying to get an idea of what to expect I was terrified that this was going to be a horrible experience and there was no way around it. I researched over 20 transport companies and decided to go with Door to Door. Their rate was competitive, their staff was knowledgeable and very professional as well as helpful. I received my contract immediately after I decided to use them. That was Wednesday. My vehicle was dispatched on Thursday and scheduled to be picked up on Friday. I received a call from the transport driver on Friday morning and was given a time for pick up. The driver was on time and very helpful. My car was delivered on time on Sunday. This transport company made things very easy and took great care of me and my Jeep.
