Roy was very straight with the pick up time and deliver schedule. I was told the car would be picked up on Friday and delivered on following Tuesday or shortly after. Due to driver delay, the car was picked on Saturday and delivered on Wednesday. He was very straqight with me on the car transport schedule. He promised he would do his best but did not guarenteed anything he was not able to keep. I appreciate his honesty.
