During the transport process I had several phone calls with Loretta, the company contact. I thoroughly enjoyed my contacts with her. She was plain-spoken, i.e., no superfluous discussions, always prompt in responding to my calls, and always candid/refreshing.

One definite plus with the Door-to-Door Company was the cost. I received estimates from several transport companies, and all were higher (in one case, 50% higher!).

All in all, the transport was a complete success.
