HONEST, STRAIGHTFOWARD, NO BS!

Roy ( one of the owners) was amazing.. an honest, no BS, "I will help you though I'm not making a cent off of you" person.
I had a huge problem-I had 5 days to get my car from CT to AZ after the company I contracted with failed to get my car a carrier, made no suggestion on how to get my car a carrier, did not answer my emails or VMs and just plain left me out to dry at the 11th hour. I located Door to Door and called with a plea of " help me get my car to AZ by the 15th". Many reps would have given me a "you should of picked us" attitude and then tried to take advantage knowing I was in big trouble. Then there's Roy. He just listened to what I had to say and simply said "let me make some calls and see if I can help you and I will get back to you no matter if it is with the good, the bad or the ugly." A little while later he called. It was with the "bad" because I left him little to work with and an impossible situation BUT he offered advice and suggestions which turned my "ugly" situation into a "good". His time was free, his suggestions were free, he asked nothing in return.
THIS IS THE PERSON YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH.
He is real, he is accessible, he was considerate and genuinely didn't use my situation (which he could have easily) to benefit himself.
Though Door to Door did not haul my car this time, I will 100 percent recommend and use them in the future because of my positive interaction with Roy.
Less often now do you meet many just plain nice- decent people, but I met one today at Door to Door; thanks again ROY!
