The pick-up was exceptionally prompt and the delivery happened on the date that was promised. I am satisfied and have no complaints. Anthony answered all my questions when I asked them. Overall communication during transport could have been better, and it would have helped if the driver spoke English but that did not affect the overall service too much. I would have given an 'Excellent' rating were it not for the minor communication issues. I will be using Door-to-Door on my next auto move. Despite my having used a different broker with great results in the past, I do not regret my choice of giving Door-to-Door a chance to service my move. Use them with confidence and talk to Anthony directly if you are having any issues.
