After a poor experience with another transport company, I requested bids to transport my daughters vehicle from AZ to CA. I received a call from Anthony at Door to Door Transport, he provided me with a quote for the transport of the vehicle and explained the procedure. Once I understood how the transport business works I did a little research and decided to go with Door to Door Transport. On 5/28/12 (a holiday) Anthony asked for a credit card number but did not charge a deposit until a driver was assigned to transport the car. On 5/29/12 I received a call from the driver to confirm the delivery information and ask me the time that it would be convenient to pick up the vehicle. On 5/30/12 the driver was at my home 10 minutes early to pick up the car, he advised that he would contact my daughter that same afternoon to give her the approximate time of delivery. Later that afternoon I received a call from my daughter telling me that she had spoken with the driver and that the vehicle was going to be delivered the next day. On 5/31/12 the vehicle was delivered in great condition at the agreed time. I could not be happier with the service, Anthony and the driver Jim Capretto were both great, they did what they promised. I would recomend anybody to use this company, they charge a fair price and the service was awesome!!!
