JR, from Door-to-Door Transporters, was very up front about the pickup and delivery process and didn't require a deposit until a pickup was actually scheduled. I was flabbergasted that my car was scheduled to be biked the very same afternoon I called. It was picked up promptly in PA and the driver called me the day before to schedule delivery. The car was delivered within 15 minutes of the scheduled time and there were no damages or other problems. The car's battery was weak, but the driver, Yuriy Kolotyuk, was especially helpful and courteous by helping me get it started with a jumper start. I would definitely use this service again.
