I would highly recommend Door to Door Transport. After getting price quotes and talking to MANY carriers, I decided to go with Door to Door. The prior reviews and their fair quote made me think they were the best out there. And, I definitely made the right call.
They held true to their original quote, even after several weeks had passed since we had spoken- which also meant a lower fee for Door to Door. But, they kept their word (something I wasn't seeing much of with other brokers).
JR (my primary contact person) got our car on a carrier immediately and had it shipped in record time! It was here in 4 days. We were able to contact the driver, the carrier dispatcher, and JR at all times if need-be. I felt like we were in good hands the whole time.
The car arrived in perfect condition.
Going through the process of shipping a car cross-country was kind of stressful- especially hearing horror stories and not having anyone recommend someone good- so, I was thrilled to have dealt with JR and Door to Door. When reading this, I hope you feel that there is a good company out there to use.
I will absolutely use them again when we ship the car back East.
