YOU CAN NOT GET BETTER SERVICE THAN THIS! I had contacted another company, Direct Express Auto Transport, a week prior to expected pick-up. Was given "lip service" from the girls every time I called..."We usually pick up within 3 days of the date"...."We are still assigning a carrier"...."It will be no problem to get a carrier, we go between NJ and Floria all the time"..."We are a big company and have carriers on carriers".etc., etc., etc. After 6 days with no pick-up, or even a carrier assigned, I called Door to Door. JR and Kelly were the contacts...THEY HAD THE CAR PICKED UP THE NEXT DAY AND DELIVERED TO FLORIDA IN 4 DAYS! DRIVER, SERGIO, WAS A TRUE GENTLEMAN AND ALWAYS IN CONTACT W/ME. AN INCREDIBLE COMPANY! DON'T CALL ANYBODY ELSE...THESE ARE THE GUYS! As a side comment....I had called Door to Door after 3 days w/no satistaction with Direct Express and they encouraged me to give them time to get a carrier....obviously it did not happen and I eventually cancelled and came back to Door to Door. These are classy guys who know the business and have all the answers. MANY THANKS. Cal.
