For the most part I had a pretty good experience with Door to Door. I was a bit nervous at first after reading some other not-so-good reviews, but all went well. The driver picked up a day later than he initially told me, which wasn't an inconvenience, but most importantly, the drop off was on time. When the vehicle arrived, a rock or object had shattered a small rear window. The driver was fairly considerate in handling the repairs. He discounted $50 on the spot, and then advised us to get it repaired, provide an invoice and the rest would be reimbursed. We followed through and as promised the driver later came back by and reimbursed an additional $50. I'll be using Door to Door again next month, and for the price, would definitely recommend to others. My only suggestions would be friendlier customer service and be more responsive to concerns/questions AFTER scheduling has already occurred. They weren't rude, just busy, so they seemed a bit brief and short at times. I'd also suggest sending receipts a bit sooner.
