From start to finish, I had a superb experience working with Door to Door Transport to ship my car across the country. D2D was recommended to me by a family member, and upon my initial inquiry, I received friendly customer service from a knowledgeable salesperson, as well as a reasonable quote. I was able to set up my order right away, even though I was providing little advance notice. The salesperson and driver both called me ahead of time to alert me as to the time of pick-up, so that I would be ready. The driver arrived on my most preferred day and at a very convenient time for me. He did a very thorough job of inspecting the car prior to loading it, to ensure we both understood its condition at pick-up. The car was delivered surprisingly quickly by the same driver, whose professionalism I cannot overemphasize (it was quite comforting to have this face-to-face contact at both ends of the shipment). Needless to say, the vehicle was in absolutely perfect condition. Even though the car had to be delivered to a cramped city with little room for unloading, the driver was kind, patient, and generous with his energy, braving a nasty summer storm while unloading my vehicle. Shortly after delivery, I got a call from the salesperson I had been in touch with to solicit feedback. He was again extremely cordial, and he was clearly very genuine in his concern for my satisfaction. Of all of the companies I dealt with during my cross-country move, D2D provided me with the best overall experience by far - they made this part of my move completely stress-free, and in fact, enjoyable, since I so greatly appreciated their excellent services.
