It was my first time using Door to Door Transport and I was beyond impressed. I was contacted in person by Lola, who genuinely was concerned with assisting me in arranging the transport. We spoke multiple times throughout the process, sometimes on weekends. I never reached an answering machine or was put on hold.

As far as the driver, I was given his phone number. I did not have to call because the week my car was scheduled to be picked up, he called twice to update me on his location and set up a pick up time. Very friendly. He also kept in contact throughout the transport so that we could prepare for the car's arrival.

The car was delivered within 7 days in good condition. Just a little dirty, but that is to be expected since it was an open carrier. I was also given a follow up call from Lola to make sure I was happy with the service, which I was.

All in all, I would use the company again. The price was the lowest I found and the customer service was fantastic.
