Needing to transport my daughters vehicle clear accross the country, I called several Transport Brokers and was given a range of pricing. Alex was not the lowest, but close enough. After choosing a "different" Broker first, when I scheduled the pick up, I was given the excuse that the price had changed...due to a "Computer Glitch" that didn't take into account the trip to the Florida Keys. Upset by this excuse, I cancelled and called Alex. His price was the same as originally quoted and even took a cut out of his share to keep it in line with others. Alex was prompt to respond to every email and/or phone call. My daughter is in the US Coast Guard and her time is not always open. Alex was able to get a driver immediately. The driver met my wife at the house to pick up the vehicle and she said that he was very courtious and kind. The Jeep was delivered on the exact day stated by Alex, and Alex and Michelle even went the extra step to make sure that the communication to my daughter was accurate so that she could leave base and meet the driver. I would recommend Alex and Door to Door to anyone needing to transport a vehicle!!!!!
