I have shipped my car twice before and have never had such a bad experience. This was one of the most stressful customer service experiences I have ever had. The driver said his cell phone was working. This would have been fine if he had not been late and if he made other arrangements for the broker and I to remain up to date with what was going on. I would have to call several times a day. I wondered if my phone number was blocked since I was no longer getting an answer or having my voicemails returned. When I called from a different number, the driver's phone was answered...

Every time I talked with the driver there was an excuse, a story about why he was going to be even later than he had said before, or a cry because other people were upset with him. Rather than this, I needed a driver who was confident, tenacious, persistent, and reliable. Instead, I got avoidant and immature. I will never used Cascade Vehicle Shipping (broker) or Door to Door Express (there was nothing "express" about my deliver) again.
