Door to Door Auto Transport is a scam. It was very easy to get in touch with them, and when I did, the process was very easy, almost too easy in fact. They had the lowest price and the fastest delivery time. I was a little hesitant, but I'm a bargain shopper, so I naturally took the lowest price. After I placed my order, I wired money to an account (which should have thrown up a red flag to me then) that Eugene gave to me. I also had to give them a CC to reserve the transport. The car was scheduled to be picked up this past Saturday, but I got no call. I received an email saying their truck was running behind schedule and I would be notified of when the next available truck was in my state. Three days later and no phone call or email, I decide to look at some reviews of Door to Door Auto Transport. What I saw made my mouth drop.

This company is a complete scam. I am out $200 and they have my credit card, which I will be canceling soon. DO NOT USE DOOR TO DOOR AUTO TRANSPORT! There is a reputable company called Door to Door Transport, which is how, I think, the former skates by unnoticed.

Don't book the cheapest priced transporter. Its your car, so you want the best service, not necessarily the best price.
