Transportation Done Right was one of the companies that offered to transport our car from California to Indiana and after some research we decided to go with them because they were the only ones who "guaranteed" exact dates for pick up and delivery and the price was good. It was all a bit suspicious but they said they own their trucks and that's why they can be more flexible than other companies. We signed a contract and paid a $100 deposit. On the day of the scheduled pick up nobody showed up. We called them and they were at a lost at first and then Danny appeared (although we talked to Dino at first) and told us a story about a truck that broke down and that he was trying to arrange for a "friend in business" to pick up our car. Then he promised to call next morning to let us know what's going on. Next morning, of course, again no call. We call ourselves and Danny all apologetic tells us that things didn't work out and that they cannot transport our car and that basically we are on our own. We lost the time and had to look for another company in a hurry. Needless to say it was VERY inconvenient! And a cherry on top of the cake is that although Mr. Danny assured us that our deposit will be returned it's been 2 month and multiple calls and I haven't seen the money and I doubt I ever will. It's a classic scam in my opinion. I don't know where all those wonderful reviews come from, perhaps Danny wrote them himself, but my advice to you - don't deal with these guys!
