They canceled my pick up without telling me. I had to call them to find out the status of my vehicle and when I called five days after the scheduled pick up date, I found out that my pick up had been canceled. Had I not called them, I honestly don't know if I ever would have been called. They are unreliable and it is worth the extra money to go with a company that is.
