Danny informed me he would be able to pick up my LX 470 with no problem. after the pick up date was passed he informed me his truck was broke down. Danny then acted as a broker and scheduled another shipper to pick up my SUV. Danny entered the Information on Central wrong and listed my SUV as a LX 430. the SUV is a LX 470. the shipper complained the truck was to big and the cost wasn't enough. they provided me with the original request which shows the error by Done Right. in the end i paid $100 more for the SUV delivery and Danny never attempted to refund my the extra cost due to his error. Currently Done Right and I are fighting the $100 deposit to my Credit Card. Please beware. i will never use them in the future.
