I spoke with Gemma approx. 8-10 other people concerning my car transport. I decided to go with Done Right Auto Transport because 1. They were not the cheapest, 2. The customer service was very friendly and polite, 3. They picked up the phone every time I called ( and I called a lot ). 4. She was not pushy, extremely detailed and patient, 5. Great reviews and references. Mostly because she helped me sift through all the companies and just made it easy for me to make a decision. I was more than happy with the service and complete staff. Gemma thank you and I will speak to next winter for yet another car transport.
