Sherry did an outstanding job, and I would use her each time I ship a auto, she explaining the process of the bidding and some of what to went on, told me that it would take about 2 weeks before the bidding would start on the date I wanted the car to be pickup, she would try to lock in a bib price due to increase in gas cost, told me that the bidding would start about 7 or more days before pickup, it did price quoted was kept at the amount first given, he caller me often , with updated information on who my carrier were, before pickup along with dates of pickup, call me to find out if the carrier had made contact with me before the expected pickup,check with me on the status the day of the pickup, called back on the date of the delivery, asks me if the carrier kept me informed, during to hold trip to California,asks me how often the carrier called the day of the delivery, with the the expected time of delivery.she call my aunt were the car was delivery,and asks how things went with the delivery, called and told me she had call my aunt, from the time of my first contact with Sherry about the shipment of my car until the delivery Sherry called me around 12 to 14 time on both time and status on the pickup and delivery of my car Sherry thank you for an outstanding job will done!
