Bill, my contact person, was very responsible and responsive. He even reminded me of the 30 day expiration time limit on completing this survey and review. He was always available and even gave me his persoal contact number is case I should have a problem with the delivery. This was much appreciated considering the nature of this "dog eat dog industry". The delivery driver was very curteous and seem to go out of his way to make me happy. I thought he went way beyond what was required of him,
