I was very happy that you allowed me to transport your vehicle and that I was able to have your vehicle picked up so quickly. However I would like to clarify a few things about transporting that you mentioned below. The quotes that we send to you are NOT negotiable and the reason why I was able to lower yours is because our auto quoter had priced it a little higher than it should have and that's why I posted it for a lower amount. We price our transports based off the going rate that carriers are transporting vehicles on Central so that we can get your vehicles transported quickly in which I was able to do. The other thing that I would like to address is that Department Of Transportation clearly states that is Illegal to transport any personal items in a vehicle while a carrier is transporting it. If that carrier chose to let you do this then his job is on the line and he can be fined up to Up to $10,000 and that can be passed onto the customer legally per Federal Motor Carriers. Some transport companies tell you that you may have personal items in the car while in transport but look at the fine print because its says AT YOUR OWN RISK and that's exactly what it is. If a carrier gets pulled over for any reason and they find personal items in your vehicle then legally they can impound your vehicle on that spot and you will have a heck of a time getting it out of impound since your not with the vehicle. I just wanted to make sure our future customers know this and we really want nothing more than to help you transport your vehicles and make it stress and worry free.
