Overall we are pleased with the service that Domestic Auto Transport provided to us in shipping our vehicle to my son in Colorado. The price quoted seemed very reasonable given the average prices quoted by other brokers. The overall process took twice as long as was originally anticipated. The reason, we found out later, is that it is better to have the vehicle picked up along a major East\West Highway if going in that direction and be near a major metropolital area. If we had known that from the outset we would have made arrangemetns well before hand to have it picked upnear Boston rather than Kennebunk Maine area. We did eventually move it to Mass to be picked up to expedite the process but this was after 4 weeks had transpired. This was my idea after learning more about the car transport business and talking to other brokers along the way.

This was our first time shipping a vehicle and it was a learning experience. We hired Domestic Auto Transport since I felt they would be the best ones to walk me through the process, keep us informed along the way and get all the relevant paper work completed. Although we were kept informed, a few more updates via a phone call would have been appreciated.

I would definately use this company again and would call on Naomi Denholm if I were to ship a car again now that I know how the sytem works.

PS Temo Transporation from Philadelphia did a great job in getting the vehicle to CO in record time and kept up informed along the way. Thanks
