I was extremely skeptical about transporting my vehicle from Federal Way, Washington to Baltimore, MD mainly because I’ve read all the risk involved with shipping cars cross country. A little bit apprehensive I decided to ship my car, fortunately for me I received a call from Sherry. She was very professional and courteous about my fears dealing with the potential risk that my SUV would be picked up late, delivered late, and worst of all damage. Sherry was ever patient with me as I explain to her my concerns, I believe we started communicating on March 18, 2011 and I said if you can have the vehicle in Baltimore by April 11, 2011 would be greatly appreciated. She said maybe I can get it to you sooner than that! I was happy she said that but yet I still had some doubts, on Monday she called me and said “Malano, I’ve gotten someone to ship your Mercedes ML 350 on the 24th of March 2011.” I was shocked and come to think of it the car was picked up on the 23rd and was here in Baltimore, MD on the 29th of March!
