I called Naomi and asked for a quote to transport my vehicle from Tacoma, Washington to Carson City, Nevada. The cost was very reasonable so I asked her when the car could be picked up. Instead of just giving me a date off the top of her head she put me on hold and called a trucker and asked if he was interested. He said yes and said he could pick it up within 3 days. She came back on the phone and told me his answer. I placed the order immediately! The weather was really bad in Washington so I called her back 2 days later to see if all was going on schedule. She called the trucker immediately and found out that his truck had broken down (needed a starter) and he would be 1 day late. She called me right back and gave me the info. This kind of communication is NOT what you would normally get from most transport brokers as I have found out from past experience! Naomi kept on top of the transport and called me as soon as the car was picked up which was on a Thursday. Saturday morning my vehicle arrived! All in all it was a great experience and I would recommend Domestic Auto Transport and NAOMI to anyone.
