The team was very responsive to my last minute needs. They were in constant contact with me throughout the process from the beginning to the end. Although there was a truck change 24 hrs before my pick up, the team did an excellent job of communicating to both me as well as my party who was on the pick up of the car. I had to travel at the last minute during the delivery, they were responsive in connecting with my designated contact. As far as payment and amount owed, it did not vary at all from time of quito to delivery. I was very relieved by this because I had heard of other companies where the experience was not that positive.
