When I originally contacted Domestic Auto Transport, I was sold on the customer service. Naomi was very professional and even helped me to obtain a hotel where my family and I would be staying till we found a home. There were a few hiccups along the way. The price I was quoted to pay ended up a few hundred dollars more than expected. I was really upset by this at first. I wondered why they did not tell me that the price they told me I would have to pay upon delivery could be more. After talking with Naomi, I realized that the the carrier that contacted them wanted more money. I then found out they would be in an enclosed carrier, and this was the reason why the price difference. I think if the weather in MN at the time would have been more favorable, we would have had more offers to take the vehicles. However, they ended up going in an enclosed carrier:) The cars were a little dirty ( to be expected) and there was grease on the seat of my husband's Fushion (leather interior-easy clean). This was once again no one's fault. The transport guy (Serge, again great!) had to climb through and on the vehicles when getting them secured for transport. I was very thankful that he did pick up the vehicles as he said he did not usually take vans, but since we had two he did. The date they could pick up was January 21, however, the vehicles did not get picked up till January 27. However, they said 7-11 days for delivery and he was early, he arrived in 6:) Overall, I feel for the price of $1700 plus the deposit, (which they helped me out on since the cost of the transport was substantially more), was well worth it for 2 vehicles to be transported over 1700 miles. I am very thankful to Naomi and Domestic Auto Transport for their time and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone and will not hesitate to use them again in 3 years when we move to our next destination!!! Naomi, Thanks for all your help. God Bless, Nicole
