What an overall great experience! I emailed for multiple quotes on Sunday evening to have a car shipped from MI to VA. First thing 8:30 Monday morning Brenda had called me to give me a quote. Since she was so prompt and incredibly nice I decided she was who I wanted to go with. She gave me the quote of $600 and said she would call me back as soon as she found a drivey to pick up the car. A couple hours later she said she has someone that could pick the car up at 2:30 and have it delivered around Wed. afternoon! The driver picked up the car and was on his way. The next day, Tues, I get a call from my neighbor stating that my car had arrived!!! Amazing!!! In less than 24 hours my car was picked up in MI and dropped off in my driveway! Couldn't be happier!! Thank You Brenda!

Now for the bad... Sorry but everyone should know how terrible of a delivery company GTI Logistics is. I would absolutely use Brenda and Domestic Auto Transport again but will ask for another deliver truck if they set me up with GTI or whatever the initials are ever again. I requested a top load but the car was never on top but was loaded and delivered on the bottom! The driver also never called me when he arrived at my house, I was getting ready to go into a meeting but had to rush home when my neighbor called to meet the driver! He said the driver was being rude to him and just kept asking to be paid. The driver spoke maybe 5% english, very difficult to understand. When I was half way home I finally get a phone call from the driver asking where I was, how much longer would I be, why no one is home to sign for the car and who is going to pay him! I explained that he was supposed to call me when he got close so I could meet him. After I stated that he said nothing but mumbled under his breath so I just hung up...This was obviously his 1st rodeo. I pull up the driver jumps out and says "you the one that needs to pay me?" grabbed the cash and shoved the clip board at me to sign! Then the kicker was he left the F'n window down on my new car while it was sitting in the driveway...not a big deal other than it was raining! So it sat in the driveway getting rained in for the 30+ minutes it took for me to get home! If I werent so happy it arrived in 1 piece and so quick I think I would have been really pissed that day. Anyway, what I would recommend to anyone having a car shipped is to research not just the broker but the company they are setting up to deliver your vehicle.

The guy I bought the car from was so excited to hear my car arrived so fast 2 days later he called Brenda back and set up an appointment to have his new car delivered using her as well.
