Excellent customer service - they went out of their way to verify a driver could pick up the car on a specific date. Car was picked up on date that was arranged. Was not the lowest quote but I appreciated that they would work with my deadline. Car was really dirty on arrival but I guess that's to be expected on an open trailer. There were some light scratches on the trunk of the car that I'm pretty sure were not there before, but nothing serious.
