I am realy pleased with the service. The pick was right on time, the driver was a very courteous gentleman and he delivered the vehicle in excelent condition. My car was scheduled to be picked up on 9th, but a customer service person called me 4 days before the pickup date about a possible delay due to some issues with the truck that was supposed to pick up my car from Houston. But they managed to get another truck and picked up my car the same day as promised. I really appreciate them for calling and letting me know about the possible delay, but they still made it for the same day. The driver was a very nice old man and he gave me a rough estimate about when the car will reach the destination. And as promised, he gave me a call on 13th to let me know that the he has reached destination, LA. He delivered the car right in front of my apartment. I am really pleased with the service, will definitely recommend to use Domestic Auto Transport for your vehicle transport. Thanks to all the crews of Domestic Auto for making my vehicle move hassle-free!
