Start to finish, excellent service. My BMW was picked up same day and delivered four days ahead of schedule. My representative Katie walked me through the procedure with confidence....after I had originally called a competitor who told me everything would be difficult to route from New Orleans to Las Vegas, and could take weeks, Katie was a model of reassurance and always available. Kudos to Katie!
