Malia- Terrific Job at DAT

Domestic Auto Transport did a terrific job for me. From the very first contact with Malia, all the way through to pick up of our auto and to final delivery. I had never used a auto transport service and Malia was able from my first phone call to explain how the procedures work. I really liked that I didn't have to pay for all of the total cost of $1125 until the delivery was completed. In my case, it was a bit unusual since I live in San Diego and was arranging the transport for my daughter's Chevy Blazer that was in Florida. Malia was able to get things arranged so the car was picked up in a very timely manner. It was only about 6 or 7 days from the time the order was officially placed and the vehicle was picked up. Also unusual in my case was that my daughter had to leave FL before the pickup, so Malia made sure that my daughter's friend knew all about what needed to be done on the pickup end of the transport.

I received emails when the order was set, when the car was to be picked up, and when the car was expected to be delivered. In fact, the car was delivered one day before the expected day and that was great for us. So total transit time was about 5 days. Can't beat that in my book. My daughter was eager to get her car back. And it was delivered without any damage at all. The driver was courteous and helpful at both ends.

I truly was impressed with DAT services and definitely would use them again without a second thought. Oh, one more thing, I got the cost extimate at the time of my very first phone call, so I knew exactly what was going to be charged. I did charge the initial down payment on a credit card but then paid the final bill with a US postal money order, in order to save some money. It worked great. I'm happy; my daughter is happy. All good with DAT and Malia!
