Malia was always available, responsive, courteous and informative. The overall experience was very easy from start to finish. The car was picked up promptly and delivered on-time based on what DAT told me, although the driver thought he was a day late. The car was open-carried with a top-load (by luck) and it arrived very dirty, but given the distance from San Diego CA to Tampa FL this could be expected. The car was unloaded, signed for and in my possession within 10 minutes of the driver arriving. I was anxious about the overall process but DAT made it very easy - would recommend to others in a heartbeat.
