Representative was friendly, helpful, and upfront about price. She set realistic expectations as to when they would pick up my vehicle and it was picked up in the expected time frame. Not the cheapest price around but my car was picked up within a few days and it made it on time and without any problems. Serious company. Highly recommend. Would like to see the price be a little more competitive.
