Malia was professional and knowledgeable when I first contacted Domestic Auto Transport. We agreed on a specific amount to post on the bulletin ($981) which was well priced out for this particular route. My contract stated first available pick up date on 9/5 from So. CA. However, my car did not get picked up until 9/15. I had to leave the keys with a friend of mine while I was making the cross-country drive myself in a rental truck. It was finally delivered on 9/21 in Ohio. Thankfully, it was in the same condition it left. Overall, it was a stressful experience though Malia was helpful throughout the process.
