My experience with Domestic Auto Transport was excellent and I give it a five star rating. My contact was Nova Nicoson and she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I had never shipped a car before and I felt comfortable that all would go well after speaking with Nova. I didn't have that feeling with other transport companies that I contacted. Nova explained the process to me and was very open and honest. She followed up a couple of times before the pickup and during the transport. She was able to get the car picked up on the day that we wanted and delivered exactly on the day that we requested. The price was one of the lowest that I was quoted and it was exactly what I paid, no hidden fees. The car arrived in the condition that it left my home and the service was door to door. The customer service was excellent. Through phone calls and e mail I had all the information that I needed to make the pick up and delivery go smoothly. In all the experience was painless and I would use Domestic Auto Transport again if I had reason to ship a vehicle. I would also recommend Domestic Auto Transport to anyone that had reason to ship a vehicle.
